A custom sales-order automation that parses purchase orders in every format UAF receives, validates each line against their catalog, and posts clean sales orders to Sage 100. Low-confidence cases route to human review instead of posting.

• Ingests every purchase-order format UAF receives: scanned PDFs, pasted email bodies, typed-up phone intake
• Rules engine matches line items against UAF's SKU catalog and customer records
• Edge cases and low-confidence matches route to human review instead of posting automatically
• Sage 100 has no public API, so we built a .NET middleware that posts orders directly through its Business Object Interface
• A lightweight upload portal for the ops team — drop a file or paste in text, watch the sales order land in Sage
